"Promoting
excellence in all Gymsports and enabling everyone to reach
their potential"
|
Capital
Gymnastics Club provides classes in all GymSports, and you can find
something
for all ages or levels.
GymSports
develops physical abilities through dominant movement patterns;
balance,
spring, landing, rotation, manipulation, swing and support.
While
the emphasis is on physical skills, there is no denying that gymnasts
will
develop cognitive skills; listening and following instructions, turn
taking,
spatial awareness, self confidence, team building, understanding
concepts such
as competition, luck and fair play.
Check
out our GymSports page to see what programme will be right for you and
your
family.
